Rachel Rice’s life has been anything but normal and boring as she was raised on the King Ranch in Texas and enjoyed fellowship with God at an early age because of her dysfunctional family. A brief stint at Baylor University earned her a lifelong love affair with Bill, her devoted husband. Together, they have raised three wonderful sons who have given them three awesome grandsons and two delightful granddaughters.

Rachel’s journey of knowing and proclaiming her Savior and Lord Jesus has taken her across the globe…from foreign missions to local churches. Her involvement has included ladies ministries, TV and radio, seminars, jails and prisons…any and everywhere people need to hear the good news that God is indeed on their side.

She and Bill have a genuine heart to see their beloved America return again to her foundational covenant with godly government, judicial and moral balance intended by the founding fathers.  They are proud that the USA still stands among all nations holding out the light of liberty with freedom of worship across the globe.    "God proves Himself over and over again with His ultimate goodness to whoever comes to Him.   He's never failed in His promises.  Believers have such tremendous privileges with excitement along their journeys.  Only through this life's plan have we had such fulfillment with peace and joy."

Because they have trusted and obeyed God’s Word, He has rewarded the Rices with the privilege of carrying Jesus’ personal message of grace and faith in the power of the Holy Spirit, to a lost, lonely and dying world. Their mature leadership has blessed thousands and continues to this very day.
